Board Game Kids Clubs

Teamwork, sportsmanship, fair play, and fun!

Kids Clubs

Board Games offer a great opportunity to improve children's communication skills and strategic thinking. Our afterschool clubs focus on sportsmanship, teamwork, fair play, and fun! All experience levels are welcome. We’re offering four fantastic Kids Clubs types. Clubs are typically 8 weeks long, with exceptions sometimes made for seasons with holidays.

Dogpatch Games has Family Membership Packages! Our Family Memberships offer unlimited Table Play, a 10% discount on games and snacks, and exclusive discounts for Kids Club!

Large Group Requests

Our general weekday Kids Clubs are for individual groups of 2-3 at most, at these specific days/times. We do not have the flexibility to adjust the days/times for the listed clubs or D&D groups, or to maintain a specific grouping of kids for our main clubs. If you have a full club group (4 or more) for either D&D or board games, you can email us at kids@dogpatch.games to ask about options either for signing up all together, or about other days/times if needed.

Please reach out to us if you have any questions, emailing kids@dogpatch.games!

Teen Blood on the Clocktower Club

8-Week Club: Wednesdays, September 16 - November 4, 4:30pm - 6:30pm

Our new Blood on the Clocktower Club gives teens the opportunity to regularly play Blood on the Clocktower. Blood on the Clocktower is a social deduction game that plays up to 15 people, where teams of good and evil are trying to compete against each other using deception, logic, and bluffing. The game is run by a storyteller who facilitates the game and encourages the group to socialize and investigate who is on which team. This is a great game to teach negotiation, and challenge their deduction skills!

Held for 8 weeks. $400 per child. Ages 12+.

Magic: The Gathering Club

8-Week Club: Fridays, September 25 - November 13, 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Our Magic: The Gathering (MTG) club offers a fantastic program for both new and experienced MTG players. Kids will learn basic and advanced game rules, receive coaching on building decks in a regular format, practice deckbuilding in a drafting format, and receive strategic coaching on their gameplay. Kids do not need to bring their own MTG cards, but they may do so! Some weeks, kids will use store decks or their own decks, while other weeks they'll practice the "drafting" gameplay format using a specific set of cards, called a "cube" of cards set up for the Club.

Held for 8 weeks. $400 per child. Grades 5 and up. Additional MTG products used throughout the club will be available for discounted purchase, but purchasing is not necessary for the club!

Note: Early drop-off and late pickup available on request!
