Cognitive Health Salon

  • Dogpatch Games 1095 Tennessee Street San Francisco, CA, 94107 United States (map)

Our modern lifestyle and diet, combined with the lingering impacts of the pandemic and the increasing toxicity of our environment, makes cognitive decline more common across a wide range of people of all ages. However, for the first time in history medical science has shown that cognitive decline can be prevented—and even reversed.

Dogpatch Games is pleased to host Scott Blossom, L.Ac. in a unique hybrid event for an afternoon Cognitive Health Salonstimulating our minds with the science of cognitive decline, activating our senses with a cooking class focusing on the nutrition to support cognitive health, and, of course, building our community and socializing with games! We will be joined by Timothy Tsai, M.D. and chef Chantal Boyer.

What you can expect from our afternoon together:

  • Learn about the science of prevention and recovery from cognitive decline in The Garage

  • Enjoy a cooking demo at Marcella’s on dietary practices and techniques to support brain health and function and sample yummy, vegetarian brain foods

  • Engage your brain and socialize back in The Garage playing board games with one other–a variety of game playing options will be available and also instruction!  Salon attendees are encouraged to stay and relax at Dogpatch Games while they finish their games

  • Return home with practical dietary and lifestyle strategies to promote cognitive health and prevent cognitive decline.

This program is ideal for anyone seeking proactive and natural methods to support brain health, whether you're navigating age-related changes or aiming to boost mental clarity in your daily life.

**This event is capped at 30 attendees and pre-registration is required by September 7, 2025. Please reserve your space now!
